The Apprentice Nursery nurse is to be trained to do the same post as a Nursery Nurse

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • To contribute to providing high quality childcare and education appropriate to the age and stage of development of the children
  • To maintain a safe, secure and caring environment
  • You will perform an important role caring for children, maintaining a high-quality, stimulating learning environment
  • You will be learning hands on how to be creative and reflective in your day to day practice and with support of the Room Leader
  • Be able to implement new ideas, and ensure all daily routines are adhered to

Alongside this, you will be completing all academic aspects of the apprenticeship.
