This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and vibrant Estate/ Lettings Agency. We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic apprentice to join our property letting team. This is an office-based role which will involve supporting the Lettings Manager and Tenancy Manager with admin and customer service duties related to the property sector.

This is an interesting and varied role where the successful applicant will provide administration and customer service support to the Lettings Team. 

Duties may include:

  • Assisting the Tenancy Manager with schedule inspections
  • Transfer of utilities and booking inventories
  • Booking out keys, keys adult, progressing tenancy renewals, familiarisation with letting’s legislation
  • Data entry
  • Working to processes to ensured deadlines are achieved
  • Answering the telephone, taking messages
  • Processing references
  • Chasing/follow ups when required
  • Updating various industry related platforms; Jupix, Utilitell, Inventory Base, Goodlord Referencing and Excel

Progression is envisaged to Lettings Negotiator level assisting the Lettings Manager with progressing a property from take on lettings, study for Arla qualifications eventually envisaged.

Work location is Corston and transport is required - vechicle and full driving licence.
