Apprentice Customer service practitioner required for a busy healthcare recruitment company based in Aintree.

All training will be given in house and candidates will work towards a nationally recognised qualification.

Will be trained up to do all aspects of the role. Will be trained up in the following:

  • Making / taking telephone calls
  • Computer inputting
  • Dealing with customers and clients
  • Checking clients details using a company database
  • Filing
  • photocopying
  • E-mailing
