A typical day:

  • Develop, collate, and make available performance indicators for the assurance of SARG activity
  • Ensure the company document management system is maintained within company policy standards
  • Support the internal quality and compliance team with audit scheduling and general admin duties
  • Ensure the information within the system is produced in a format that meets company policy
  • Assist colleagues in understanding and using the system
  • Identify and implement improvements to the system
  • Learning the techniques and developing the skills to engage and collaborate with a wide cross section of colleagues
  • Understanding and getting to the root cause of failings and identify improvement activity
  • Developing and instigating performance indicators that reflect the efficiency of SARG and can be used in reports to senior management
  • Supporting colleagues to understand how the quality system should be used and influencing them to use this accurately
  • Developing an understanding of all the component elements and as a result gaining a good appreciation of the various aspects of the regulatory work the organisation undertakes

After your Business Associate apprenticeship, you have the opportunity progress into HR, Recruitment, Sales, Marketing & PR, Real Estate, Personal Assistant, Office Management, Business Management. Most of the above can be completed in a higher-level qualification.
