The main responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Dealing with any queries
  • Communicating with learners
  • Filling course paperwork and documents
  • Printing course documents
  • Reception duties
  • Taking minutes of meetings and sending to all relevant staff members in a timely manner
  • Booking and arranging appointments
  • Handing payments
  • Ordering and monitoring stock
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Any other administration duties as required
