Responsibilities will include:

  • Fielding telephone calls
  • Receiving and directing visitors
  • Word processing
  • Creating spreadsheets and presentations
  • Filing
  • CV registering
  • Placing adverts
  • Social media adverts
  • Gaining eligibility documents from candidates
  • Emailing candidates

Internal training will be provided throughout their apprenticeship with company ISO standards.  The successful applicant must be able to communicate within a team environment.
