Apprentice International Freight Specialist A A I International
The position will be to teach the handling, control and management of inbound and outbound movements of freight worldwide. The successful candidate will also be trained in the use of the HMCE Import and export clearance system.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

Duties to include but not be limited to:
- Working within an Import operation department, handling all documentation requirement
- Working on our internal operating system, involving loading files and client information, and generally managing arriving shipments to final delivery
- Develop a full understanding of the complex documentation requirements of international trade
- Interfacing with clients

- Computer Literate, understanding of excel an advantage
- Out going individual able to work within a team
- Ability to take instruction
- Common sense
- Able to communicate effectivley
GCSE maths and English grade C/4 or level 2 equivalent to meet entry requirements of the course.
