  • Purchase ledger tasks (Using Sage 50) raising purchase orders, posting purchase invoices, logging new company assets onto asset register, sending remittance advice to suppliers, bank reconciliation, petty cash reconciliation
  • Sub - contractor valuation tracker for larger projects
  • Maintaining records for ISO 9001 certification
  • Maintaining Loler records for lifting equipment and calibration records for measuring equipment
  • Ensuring that all company vehicle records are kept up to date alerting managers to the need for services, MOT's and road tax
  • Maintaining and ordering stationary
  • Keeping accurate records of sub- contractors insurances to ensure that documentation is up to date
  • Compiling and printing H&S paperwork for site and as built/operation and maintenance manuals for clients upon completion of projects
  • Updating new stories on the companies website
  • Keeping accurate records of rents received  from rental properties

  • Good knowledge of MS office, in particular word and excel
