You will be trained on following skill set:

  • Perform day to day administrative duties within the office
  • Deal with customer enquiries face to face and on the telephone in a professional manner
  • Maintain and update both electronic and paper-based systems
  • Greet visitors and staff
  • Generally, assist the Office Manager and administrative team
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing post
  • Maintain Filings systems
  • Carry out printing and copying
  • Input data to spreadsheets, databases and systems
  • Keeping workspace neat and tidy
  • Knowledge of sage/Microsoft office
  • Serving customers/trade counter
  • Preparing paperwork delivery notes/sales invoices 
  • Answering telephone
