Lettings Administrator Apprentice LANCASTER STUDENT LETTINGS LIMITED
The job involves working in a busy lettings office situated in the city centre. It involves being a vocal point of our business and tying in the works carried out by the lettings negotiator. It will involve handling payments, sending and collating reports, answering tenants queries and more.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

The successful candidate will work from our office in the city centre. They will be handling day to day affairs with students and managing the systems.
Responsibilities will include:
- Handling tenant rent receipts and landlord payments
- Processing contractor invoices
- Handling contractor payments
- Tenancy commencement completion
- Credit control
- Monthly reconcile balances report for clearing and deposit accounts
- Bank reconciliations
- Deposit reconciliation
- Registering deposits with My Deposits
- Refunding deposits
- Data entry
Requirements and prospects
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong communication skills and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task ·
- Ability to work alone
- ·Organised with good attention to detail
4 GCSE’s at grades A*- D (9-4) including Maths and English (or equivalent).
Candidates who have not attended an Apprenticeship Interview at LMC prior to interview must achieve at least a Level 1 on the Initial Assessment to be complete prior to enrolment.
Progression to a senior role within the company.

- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)
Relevant training will be provided through Lancaster and Morecambe College. In order to successfully complete the Business Administration Apprenticeship Programme, subject to attending an Apprenticeship Preparation Training Session here at Lancaster and Morecambe College.
