We are recruiting for an apprentice operations controller to become part of the ever- expanding DPP team. You will need to be a team player with an excellent eye for detail and a can do attitude. 

  • Raising Client Orders on internal systems 
  • Liaising with Clients via phone and email
  • Updating Client Portals
  • Updating Internal systems
  • Liaising with DPP Engineers
  • Invoicing 
  • Reporting 

Full product and system training will be given however knowledge of MS office products would be an advantage.

Desired qualifications

Entry is subject to interview and assessment. You will need to have relevant employment and be in a suitable position to utilise the skills developed during the course. In addition, you will need to have 4 GCSEs at grade C/4 or higher including English and maths. A Level 2 in Functional Skills maths would also be suitable. A candidate with a grade 3/D in maths may be considered, however they will be required to complete a Level 2 in Functional Skills maths.

Future prospects

The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow within DPP and become a valued memebr of the team. We have already promoted a number of apprentices and have now become part of the management team.
