Duties to include but are not limited to:

  • Answer progress queries from all sales departments (telephone, or email) liaise with Operations Supervision and Management to arrive at answers on priorities
  • Liaise with the Supervisors of the warehouse and Saw Bay for answers to Sales Progress Requests
  • Act as a link between the Warehouse and Sales Departments
  • Cancel orders as directed by Sales
  • In Operations Managers absence compile daily cutting programmes Printing Saw picks each morning, fix any picks with error messages, raise support tickets as required

  • Monitor and report on inter warehouse Not on Van material (NOV’s)
  • Monitor operations live pivot report, monitor performance of picking and cutting to ensure orders progress throughout the day and maintain key cut off points
  • Liaise with the Saw Bay Supervisor with a report to see if all cutting with be achieved. Liaise with sales on any orders that will not meet on time delivery
  • In conjunction with above ensure Region picks and urgent stock transfers are generated and passed to afternoon shift Supervisor in time for manifest and vehicle loading

Desired qualifications

Minimum of GCSE grades 9-4 (A*-C) in English and maths or equivalent qualifications.
