As an Office Admin Apprentice what will I be doing?

  • Processing Amazon orders using Photoshop
  • Uploading new products on Amazon marketplace and company website, including the writing of short product descriptions
  • Searching various social media platforms for new trends and ideas
  • Answering customer emails and general enquiries
  • Support the warehouse team with packing orders during peak times

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Excellent IT and computer skills with a good understanding of Excel/Spreadsheets
  • The ability to be proactive, work independently with a good attention to detail
  • Excellent planning and time management skills
  • Outgoing, confident with good communication skills

Personal qualities

  • We need someone with a good attention to detail, who’s able to self-critique, analyse and produce high quality work
  • We’re looking for someone who can work independently

Desired qualifications

Maths and English at Grade C (or equivalent) and above desirable although not essential.

Future prospects

Full training will be given in this challenging and varied role to ensure that the apprentice has the skills and expertise to become a permanent member of the team upon completion of the apprenticeship programme. Wage regularly reviewed and increased based on performance.
