In this role you will work with the sales team to generate cold customer leads and convert existing staff and new recruitment opportunities. The incentive will allow for a realistic OTE of £40k+ pa. This is an exciting opportunity with plenty of room to grow with an expanding department.
- Generating cold leads

- Working within a sales team and reporting to a sales manager

GCSE in maths & English at Grade C/4 or equivalent is desirable, but not essential as training will be given.

Things to consider
- Cold calling is the biggest part of this role
