Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

- Typing reports
- Organising deliveries of reports
- Customer liaison
- General office management
- Accurate systems management
- Booking training
- Diary management
Requirements and prospects
Good word processing and IT skills, good telephone manner, general office experience, working in a small team.
Organised, good time management, team player, willingness to learn new things, professional approach.
Minimum Grade 4/C in maths, English and preferably ICT
Progression to level 3 with additional responsibilities to include compliance management, finance support, KPI reports, BAFE SP205 Process management, corporate communications.
Things to consider
An assessor from In-Comm Training will visit you once a month to deliver the qualification. You will also need to attend In-Comm (WS9 8UG) for additional ad-hoc training (over a block period).
