Level 2 (GCSE)
- Liaise with customers and transport drivers
- Build rapport with clients
- Input jobs onto systems
- Managing customers expectations
- Answer queries and resolve problems
Requirements and prospects
- Good level of verbal and written skills
- Confident to speak to clients on the phone
- Adaptable - willing to work within different departments to develop skills
- Microsoft systems (word, excel, etc)
- Quick thinker
- Strong personality
- Team player
- Problem solve
Grades 4-9 (C-A*) in maths and English (or the equivalent)
Possibility of permananent employment following successful completion of the apprenticeship.
