Working as part of our Network Operations Centre (NOC), based in St Ives, Cambs.

In this apprenticeship you will work on a project for one of our esteemed customers, providing a professional level of administration and customer service.

This will include:

  • Handling telephone calls
  • Creating documents
  • Supporting customer enquiries
  • Liaising with relevant team members

You will be providing excellent support to field engineers to enable them to complete their work and report back to the customer in a timely and efficient manner.

During peak periods, you may be asked to help on our Service Desk, scheduling and allocating work to Magdalene field engineers and providing them with any support as required.  

This role fits within Magdalene’s Service Management team where the pace is fast and no two days are the same.
