- Processing invoices
- Dealing with supplier queries and updating files
- Maintenance and management of bank account reconciliation of bank reports and statements
- Prepare monthly statements of accounts
- Issuing of cheques/Raising orders
Requirements and prospects
- Good IT, Literacy and Numeracy skills
- Organisational and problem-solving skills
- Verbal communication skills – ability to deal with people in person and on the telephone
- Pro-active and able to use own initiative
- Outgoing, confident personality
- Team player
- Highly motivated
- Interested in taking on new challenges
- GCSEs at grades A*-C or Level 9-4 English and maths or equivalent
- 3 other GCSE's of the same grade band
The candidate can choose to either progress into further training or full-time employment.
