Our aim is to provide a fantastic experience for our customers each and every time they visit, so great customer service is at the heart of what we do. This is a really good opportunity to learn hands on about how to provde that customer service standard and find out how our business operates.

You’ll be able to shadow a member of staff and to start with will learn how to:

  • serve customers, checking IDs where appropriate
  • make customers feel welcome and develop your communication skills
  • understand our product range so you can answer queries
  • deal with enquiries by phone
  • operate the till system
  • help with window displays and merchandising stock
  • stock shelves and unload deliveries
  • complete some basic administration
  • keep the shop clean and tidy

You’ll be able to develop the role as you progress with the apprenticeship.
