We are looking to extend our team at The Car Parts Warehouse, if you have a passion for cars and enjoy working with a close-knit team and customers, this could be the role for you. You will be helping customers with queries, updating our database and in time help the customer purchase the right part for their needs.

Duties may include:
- Communicate with suppliers, customers and other branches regarding stock
- Order stock
- Answer customer queries via email, telephone, email and website
- Accurately input stock details, customer queries, orders into company database
- Help with stock takes
- Adhoc duties as necessary
Requirements and prospects
- IT Skills
- Good communication skills
- Work well within a team
- Willing to learn
GCSE or equivalent in English and maths 9-4/A*-C.
Permanent role after completion of the apprenticeship.
Things to consider
Wage depends on apprentices age (National Living Wage):
- Age 23 and over £8.91
- Age 21 to 22 £8.36
- Age 18 to 20 £6.56
- Under 18 £4.62
- Can apply for student card

JR Car Parts was established in 1976 by John Ratcliffe (JR). John began supplying the Motor Trade from a prefab he built in Aylesford, Maidstone still the hometown of Head Office. Fast forward 43 years to 2019 the business now known as Jayar Car Parts is still family run & has grown to become one of the largest independent distributors of car parts & accessories with 38 branches in the South of England. We also have an on-line sector part of Jayar and this is where we are looking to extend our team.
