To learn all aspects of Butchery including;
- Breaking down primals
- Preparing cuts for retail sale
- Serving customers Cleaning
- Knife skills
- Creating and maintaining displays
Requirements and prospects
- Good communicator

- Readiness to learn
- Good time keeper
- Keen to learn
Minimum GCSE grade C in maths and English
Upon completetion the chance of a full time position within our business.
Things to consider
Butchery is a skills shortage so if you are proficient and qualified you can earn a good living
About the employer
We are a large retail and catering company and employ 14 staff members. After their opening of the shop in April 1987, Crowhill Butchers quickly became the community's favorite local butchers with rapid expansion serving people all over Nuneaton, Bedworth and Hinkley area.
