Duties will include:

  • Configure and troubleshoot devices, eg Laptops, Mobile Phones, following processes and keeping asset records up to date
  • Diagnose issues with devices and log support calls with suppliers as necessary
  • Perform first line investigation of alerts from our security monitoring systems escalating issues to appropriate colleagues
  • Assist in the production of statistics and reports
  • Maintain Cyber Security in all aspects of work
  • Contribute to the 1st Line Service Desk support function
  • Assist in the roll out of new software and/or updates
  • Maintain a safe, tidy working environment
  • Maintain a professional working attitude
