  • Assist to keep stock control system up to date and inventories accurate
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and transport companies maintaining good relationships
  • Use space and mechanical handling equipment efficiently and in line with company procedures including H&S
  • Monitor and report quality of incoming materials
  • Assist in proactive response to customer queries 
  • Use of automated and computerised stock control system • Keep general cleanliness of warehouse and outside spaces
  • Keep standards of H&S, hygiene and security in the work environment
  • Support in regular maintenance of all warehouse equipment
  • Assist in HMRC support in line with company procedures
  • Assist in implementation and monitoring the receipt, order, assembly, and despatch of goods
