After full training given your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking incoming phone calls
  • Keying on purchase orders onto the system
  • Logging deliveries onto the system when the stock arrives
  • Loading purchase orders onto online web portals
  • Investigating stock discrepancies
  • Negotiating better prices for orders
  • Maintaining item files on the system
  • Arranging debit notes
  • Searching through stock replenishment reports and advising on materials needed
