CED Fabrications Ltd are looking to recruit an apprentice to join their well established company. The job entails answering the telephone, directing enquiries to the correct department & raising quotations on to the CQ system: this involves reading all the emails and attachments to see if a quote has been requested.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
Total hours per week: 40.00

Level 3 (A level)
- Answering the telephone
- Directing enquiries to the correct department
- Raising quotations on to the CQ system: this involves reading all the emails and attachments to see if a quote has been requested
- Filing all of the quotes on a daiy basis
- General office duties
- Eventually learning to complete the quote
Requirements and prospects
- Strong organisation
- Excellent time management
- Excellent customer service
- Computer skills are a necessity, however, further training will be provided if required
- Eager to learn

- Self motivated
- Confident communicator
GCSE Maths and English Grade 4 (C), or above (or equivalent)
or Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English
For the right candidate, there is an opportunity to progress into becoming an Estimator or becoming involved in other business areas should the opportunity arise.
