An exciting opportunity to learn business administration duties with a high quality, supportive team in a friendly and successful secondary school.

Main duties:

  • Providing administrative support to the schools careers team
  • Supporting the work experience offer to students by contacting employers and parents or carers for placements
  • Updating spreadsheets, sending emails and checking paperwork
  • Preparing letters for school trips, compiling bookings for career related visits and planning transport
  • Preparing career materials for workshops, updating displays, newsletters and documents for school website
  • Supporting career events in the setup and organisation, contacting partners such as employers and other educational institutions and developing and updating a database of contacts
  • Any other administrative duties as required
