The successful candidate will:

  • Assist with customer service via telephone, enquiry line and email
  • Provide support with the responses to customer complaints ensuring that the responses are submitted in a timely manner
  • Administration relating to the Quality Management System
  • Assist with completion of supplier, raw materials, and packaging approval
  • Assist with risk assessments
  • Handle technical data and identify trends
  • Attend training courses
  • Attend meetings
  • Identify ways of improving service
  • General Administrative support
