This is a fantastic opportunity to work within the business support department of a well-established specialist food producer, that utilises finest ingredients to produce high quality products.
The successful candidate will support the order management & customer service processes, providing customers with an exceptional level of service by supporting business development and building loyalty to the company brand.

Business Support Duties:

  • Enter orders and sample requests into the system, highlighting exceptional orders to Sales Operations Manager
  • Support Sales Managers as required with direct customer contact, event stock, Point of Sale and account set up
  • Manage documentation requests from both Sales Managers and Customers
  • Order and despatch management. Communicating with customers on stock availability and lead times
  • Be the office contact for Export Customers
  • Be responsible for taking complaint emails or calls and entering onto complaints system
  • Send all relevant information to the technical team for investigation
  • Deal with customer direct enquiries relating to courier deliveries
  • Process all necessary paperwork required for receipt of stock into remote warehouse
  • General Administration Duties
  • Answer Operator calls and transfer to relevant person/voicemail
  • Answer Sales calls as required
