An exciting opportunity has arisen for two bright, enthusiastic and dedicated Apprentice Warehouse Operatives to join our team. You will learn all aspects of work in a busy warehouse environment with the opportunity to move on to more complex tasks including the control of metal cutting machinery.

Level 2 (GCSE)
Duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Material handling techniques including safe use of fork lift truck
- Stock control including full stock traceability
- Goods receiving including quality control and labelling
- Safe storage of metal
- Use of relevant IT equipment where necessary
Requirements and prospects
Must have the following skills:
- Strong work ethic
- Team player, but also be able to use your own initiative
- Good communicator
- Willing and able to follow instructions carefully
Must have the following attributes:
- Punctual and reliable
GCSEs at grade A/9 - C/4 in English and Maths or equivalent.
We will be looking for our Apprentices to progress within the Company. We employ a number of drivers, warehouse and machine operating staff. We would expect our apprentices to progress to one of these positions when their Apprenticeship is complete.
Things to consider

About the employer
We are metal stockholders, buying metals in bulk and selling them on to engineering companies who use metal in their manufacturing processes. We also offer a metal cutting service with a very quick response time.
