Office Express is an online retailer of Office Supplies. They have a range of products, primarily within print function such as, ink cartridges, toners, photocopy paper, card, print rolls, and envelopes, as well as packaging products, padded bags, bubble wrap and bubble bags.

In addition to this they have some printer sales and recycling agency. They are actively working towards growing the business and expanding their product base to a much wider range.

  • TheLightBulb will deliver the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Standard
  • You will need to attend 4 workshops remotely via Zoom
  • You will complete Functional Skills in maths and English if required
