The role covers 3 different areas of the business, assisting with business and commercial finance applications. Bookkeeping, pensions and payroll. And following up with sales enquiries. This is a great role for anyone looking to get in to the vast finance world.

Key responsibilities of the role:
- Answering and responding to emails
- Making appointments
- Answering inbound calls
- Attending meetings with a finance broker, accountant or head of sales
- Taking notes for meetings
- Monitoring and maintaining business social media and advertising platforms
- Learning and developing whilst working alongside finance brokers, accountants and card machines technicians.
- Writing and designing informative content for marketing
- Building and maintaining client relations
- Developing new businesses and partnerships
- Inputting and maintaining CRM sales database
- Attending corporate hospitality
Requirements and prospects
- Have a good English and maths
- Have a good knowledge and understanding of IT
- Be able to priories tasks accordingly
- Have good time keeping skills
- Having a UK driving licence would be advantageous
We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and outgoing individual. We want someone who is looking for a career in commercial finance and sales.
For them to have ‘can do’ attitude which is always willing to push themselves
Minimum of C/4 grade in English and maths is desireable.
We have huge ambition to become the largest independent finance broker in the South West and UK in time.
We will offer the guidance and support to the apprentice to achieve the highest commercial finance qualifications. As their skills and knowledge develop, they have can progress to a finance broker.

We regularly host and attend hospitality events which the apprentice will be able to attend.

Pinnacle Business Finance (PBF)
We are a commercial finance broker based in Bristol. We source finance products for businesses predominantly in the South West and the wider UK. We currently operate from one office based in Stoke Gifford, Bristol. We source investment for start-up and SME businesses looking to grow. This can be across a range of business finance products. As a broker we have the whole of the commercial finance market available to us to fulfil a client’s requirements.
Bristol Accountancy (BA)
We are an accountancy practice offering regular accountancy services to our clients. We aim to differentiate ourselves from other accountants by being proactive and delivering well in advance of deadlines. We deal with predominantly Limited Companies but also with Sole Traders and Partnerships with Turnovers from £1 up to £13m per annum
Bristol Card Machines (BCM)
Bristol Card Machines offer payment solutions to businesses in and around the Bristol area. These are physical terminals for card payment, virtual terminals for online payments, handheld portable machines or Epos systems for businesses in many different sectors.
The three businesses work closely together, and with other businesses, in order to provide a holistic approach to a clients needs.
