The successful applicant will work in all areas of business from dealing with customer sales queries and helping out in the finance department. Full training will be provided for each of the departmental roles with the aim to provide support when required and obtain a good understanding of how various departmental functions compliment each other.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business and Administration Apprentice to work in a growing business with lots of opportunities. Duties will include:

  • Daily phone and email contact with customers and suppliers, answering queries and responding in a timely manner.
  • Ongoing maintenance of CRM system
  • Sales Quotations
  • Sales Order Processing
  • Sales & Purchase invoice entry
  • IT Skills Despatching / Receiving Service Planning
  • General administration duties
