Duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Preparing ingredients for lunch and dinner services
  • Cook, prepare and assemble dishes
  • Clean and deep clean BOH
  • Handle daily temperature checks and complete relevant kitchen documents
  • Place ingredient orders alongside head chef
