We are looking for a highly motivated apprentice to join our busy team as a Business Admin Apprentice.

After full training given your responsibilities will include:

  • Making telephone calls to new and existing customers with new products
  • Liaising with suppliers 
  • Ordering new products
  • Answering the phone
  • Filing /post
  • Photocopying
  • Completing general paperwork
  • Computer inputting
  • Producing and submitting invoices/purchase orders
  • Processing customers’ orders
  • Liaising with the warehouse staff on orders and timescales
  • Checking statements
  • Booking goods in and out
  • Helping out within the warehouse and Trade Counter if required/when busy

As an Apprentice EDA Apprenticeships Plus will employ the successful candidate on behalf of the Branch.

The vocational and academic training aspects are separated and delivered by separate teams. The vocational training and assessment is conducted, more often than not, on site according to the employers wishes.

Notice of dates is agreed well in advance of a site visit. Training and assessment is conducted both on and off the job, according to the needs of the course and the learner. Every effort is made to ensure the best result is achieved by the learner.
