We are looking for out-going and confident individuals with an excellent telephone manner for this exciting role within Europcar’s head office Customer Service Department.

The role of Customer Support Apprentice is to provide the best customer service possible, a valuable skill for any apprentice. It will involve investigating and accurately responding to Customer Service enquiries and complaints, by liaising with external and internal customers and partners to ensure a positive outcome.


  • Receive incoming customer calls
  • Provide a high level of customer service in all customer contact situations
  • Recognising our company’s customer service standards and your empowerment to deliver total customer satisfaction.
  • Handle all telephone calls in a polite and helpful manner

Training provider

NVQ Level 2 Customer Service plus Key (Functional) Skills and Technical Certificate if appropriate.

This apprenticeship is delivered through work based learning, this means that all training is done at the workplace eliminating the need to attend college. The successful candidate will be allocated an assessor who will visit on site every 4-6 weeks and deliver all of the training to gain the qualification and provide the resources to complete work between visits.
