We're looking for an apprentice to join the team to study a Level 2 Building Services Engineer Qualification. Building Service Engineers design, fit and maintain the heating, lighting and power systems in offices.

In the day to day role you could: 

  • Create plans using CAD and building information modelling software
  • Design and install controls for systems like heating and ventilation
  • Estimate costs
  • Make sure jobs meet building regulations and health and safety requirements
  • Attend meetings and present ideas and progress reports
  • Coordinate the work of technicians and craftspeople
  • Assist with installation and maintenance work

  • GCSE, or equivalents, grades D/3 in English and maths
  • CSCS card
