For this role, we are looking for apprentices who are 18 years and over to meet our Insurance requirements.
The apprentices will work with our experienced staff to provide frontline care services to support our service users to remain in their own homes for as long as is possible.
Key duties include supporting service users with activities of daily living such as:
- Personal care
- Moving and handling
- Light cleaning
Apprentices will be assigned a line manager who will manage their training programme and a buddy to support them during their time at PLL Care Services.
Full induction and training will be provided leading to the award of the care certificate.
Requirements and prospects
- Good Literacy skill
- Good communication (Verbal, Written and Spoken)
- None experience will be provided
- Potential for apprentices to progress to full time employees
