Main Responsibilities:

  • To provide support to the department, assisting in data entry and producing reports
  • Answering incoming phone calls, either assisting the client queries or passing the call onto a relevant team member
  • Manage the new referrals process, including making new referrals phone calls
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post and emails
  • General administration duties
  • Use of an internal computer system as well as windows-based programs
  • Perform regular checks to ensure the database and portal contain accurate information and work with the relevant teams to ensure accuracy and currency is maintained
