This role is designed specifically to give a full and comprehensive understanding of the workings of a very busy Inn.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Working within a team
  • Basic housekeeping
  • Cleaning FOH areas
  • Waiting tables

The right candidate will become a valued member of the team and will be afforded the respect and time required to develop their skills. The candidate will help in all aspects of delivering the consistent high quality that we are famed for.

Time will be allocated time by our experienced team to ensure that the role evolves with the candidates improvement, and that roles remain challenging and rewarding.

Things to consider

Hospitality is hard work, but it is the very nature of the environment that makes it incredibly rewarding. Working within a strong team and being proud of the results will make it even better.

Also consider travel to and from the workplace/college.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
