The apprentice will provide a high-quality administrative support service to include:

  • Dealing with a wide range of telephone enquiries and emails – working as part of the customer services team.
  • Providing support to our distributor partners around the world.
  • Take responsibility for and lead on specific tasks.
  • Dealing with complex challenges and complaints.
  • Maintain databases.
  • Learn to work with other Department Managers in order to overcome objections.
  • Spend time with other areas of the business to widen business knowledge to include working in Finance, Marketing, and Logistics.
  • Learn the skills of coaching other team members.
