Our Service Manager apprenticeship scheme is a practical programme where you will receive a lot of your training ‘on-the-job’ in customers’ homes. You will be working alongside one of our Service Managers who will mentor you day-to-day as you develop the necessary skills for the job role.
You will have a development coach who will also deliver relevant training required for you to complete the apprenticeship program and of course you will be supported by many others in our business.
The apprenticeship will not only give you the skills of the trade, but also skills, knowledge and behaviours that will be beneficial to a range of customer facing roles throughout our business and industry. These additional skills will be gained not only through practical training, but also through a range of sessions with your development coach - so you should be prepared to sometimes swap your staple gun for a laptop on our program!
