Community Buddies Tearoom are based in Mickley on the outskirts of Stocksfield, we are delighted to offer a vacancy for a Production Chef Apprentice to join their team. All produce is homemade, breakfasts, soup, quiche, pies and all homemade treats, from the food to customer service they are passionate to offer a great all-round experience.

Buddies Tearoom are looking to expand and are offering the opportunity for a Production Chef Apprentice to come and join their friendly team. The company are looking for a keen and confident candidate.
- You will work alongside the staff to prep food, starters, mains, sides and sweets
- You will have excellent personal hygiene
- Maintain excellent food hygiene
- Compliance of procedures
- Menu specifications
- Preparing food
- Assist the chef
- Oversee food supplies
- Cleaning of kitchen surfaces
- Any other duties applicable to the role
Requirements and prospects

- Follow instructions
GCSE in Maths and English at grades D/3 or above (or the equivalent).
To become fully employed after training.
