About the employer

Snowflakes Day Nursery and Montessori was first established in 2002. We provide a homely, happy, family-based environment for children to feel cared for whilst enjoying learning at their own pace.

The name Snowflakes was chosen to represent children who are as soft and gentle as the snowflake, each one unique.  The happiness and well-being of your child is of upmost importance and Snowflakes  is committed to providing the highest standards of childcare possible. The Nursery aims to provide a safe, caring, friendly and stimulating environment where children can develop as individuals and activities are provided for children to reach their full potential.

We have excellent teaching staff that support the children in developing into confident, independent and happy learners.  A broad learning and development programme integrates the Montessori approach alongside the standards set in the Early Years Foundation Stage.

Parents and prospective parents are always welcome to come into the Nursery. We welcome parents as partners in providing quality care and early years education for their children
