We are looking for a CDP to join our team to help our kitchen continue to grow. General duties would include prepping a section, running Larder section for service, directing commis chef to help their learning, and adhering to all health and hygiene aspect. We’re looking for people who want to become hospitality professionals in our stunning restaurant and help our team to achieve culinary rewards in the future and make sure our guests receive the best guest experience possible. We are a very close team and every individual is as important to help our team achieve the highest success.
General duties would include:
- Prepping a section
- Running Larder section for service
- Directing commis chef to help their learning
- Adhering to all health and hygiene aspects
As an apprentice you would be taught a variety of skills to cover your education, and a lot more skills which would be of use for the rest of your chefing career. Our menu regularly changes so the range of skills would be vast and it is never boring. Shifts would be needed to cover a range of mornings, evenings, weekdays and weekends however we can be very flexible. For a CDP we are looking for someone who already has the skills and would be comfortable at running larder with the potential to learn many new skills and dishes.
Requirements and prospects

- GCSE grades A*- C/9- 4 in maths and English or equivalent is preferred
Once fully trained and a valuable member of the team we would be looking at wage increases with the chance to progress along with our kitchen. In house progression is something we love and for the right individual progression is very much there.
