This role will include but is not limited to:

  • Processing all job entries using a bespoke Transport Software System - HNF
  • Importing excel spreadsheet movements and release codes
  • Processing payments for telephone bookings
  • Updating of customer records
  • Requesting vehicles from various collection points
  • Book drivers in for collections from various sites
  • Answering and responding to all incoming customer and driver telephone calls in a prompt, polite and professional manner
  • Deal with POC/POD requests
  • Support planning team
