The business Administrator role is to support the compliance and all other administration relating to Sheridan Ward. You are expected to look professional in your attire and provide a polished, confident, and eloquent service to all clients and candidates. This Role reports into the Operations Managers; Elle McHugh and Kirsten Goodall.

  • Taking accurate messages from clients and candidates and emailing the consultant the exact details of the message
  • Sending out registration appointment confirmations alongside documentation and ensuring everything is back in time for the consultant’s registration
  • Loading candidates onto the system for registration and attaching documentation populating the weekly excel spreadsheet with the candidate number
  • Weekly mailshots
  • Candidate profiles
  • CV writing
  • Loading jobs onto ITRIS and creating the advert ready to be loading onto Broad Bean
  • Sending out temp packs and checking all documents once back for compliance purposes loading information onto candidate card
  • Reviewing and filtering reed and booking in registrations for consultants
  • Weekly profiles for candidates of the week for consultants to send to clients
  • Linking candidates to jobs they have been sent out to/interviews to ensure system is fully up to date
  • Making sure perm candidate’s information on ITRIS is fully up to date with any comments needed
  • Client information project for interview preparation
  • Cherry picking candidates for specific job roles
  • Taking candidate feedback from interviews
  • Preparing promotional gift for client drops

Apprentices will be required to attend college at least x1 day per week either at Uxbridge, Harrow or Hayes Campus completing necessary mandatory training and units associated with the apprenticeship.

Our Account Manager, industry-trained assessor and Learning Advocate support apprentices to deliver our high-quality training programmes.

The apprentice will be required to complete:

  • Other training will be provided by the employer as required to enable the fulfilment of the job role
