Duties will include:

  • Responsible for undertaking general administrative tasks under the guidance of a senior staff member
  • The job role will include administrative duties and financial support
  • Assist in the delivery of financial management functions and receive direction from the Office Manager
  • Assist in maintaining financial administrative systems, and keeping adequate, complete and assessable records in the improvement of financial procedures
  • Provide administrative support to the organisation, including reception duties as required
  • Check, process and record payments, administer invoices and expenses claims received and action payments
  • Preparing spreadsheets, reports and other data as required
  • Provide data and process payments as agreed
  • Maintain correct records
  • Filing of all relevant paperwork
  • Undertake general admin tasks including telephone messages, correspondence, enquiries and filing
  • Taking phone messages and passing them on
  • Following up on business communications
  • Filing/file management
  • Preparing routine documentation
  • Completing data entry duties
  • Completing general office, ad-hoc duties when required
  • Dealing with day to day customer enquiries and processing customer refunds
  • Entering and logging customer sales orders on accounting system
