Key Responsibilities:

You will provide key first line support, assisting Transport Team members with day to day administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Assisting Compliance, ensuring appropriate levels of record keeping and governance is maintained
  • Working closely with the Transport Team Leaders to ensure support for supervisions, spot checks and disciplinaries is documented and stored appropriately
  • Operations Manager support, ensuring scanning and filing of documents etc is completed accurately
  • Support Planning team with routes and ensuring the relevant Care Plan documentation is prepared for the Driver/PA to collect as and when necessary
  • Download quarterly Update Service and DVLA checks, ensuring files are stored and trackers are updated accordingly
  • Local Authority badging of all Transport staff

Things to consider

This position will be primarily office based and you will be spending the majority of your working day on a computer, alongside your mandatory coursework.

Laptop and stationary will be provided.
