Supporting the Document Controller and Project teams with the day-to-day Projects administration and document control following the company processes and procedures. 

The management and administration of the web-based Common Data Environment (CDE) Asite to meet Project requirements and in full accordance with company processes, procedures, and QA requirements. This is to include not only the main CDE Asite, but any add-on Asite modules acquired by Sweet Projects for the preparation of Tenders, O & M packages, and the identification, snagging and resolution of defects / issues on site (Asite Field or Asite Field).


  • Understand importance of internal and external reporting (client reporting), establishing templates and improving company & project governance
  • Strong leadership skills, experience in working with senior leaders, and throughout the business to get the best results
  • Ability to harness a working environment which encourages teamwork, energy, and creativity
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to think on your feet and recommend decisions with little hesitation
  • Presentation and spoken ability, written communication skills to be able to prepare company and project reports as well as governance documents
  • Meticulous attention to detail, provide high-quality reports and maintain high standards within the wider business
  • Excellent project, planning, change management capabilities
  • Ability to determine needs within the company and connect groups to work together to solve problems as they arise
  • Experience in working in the built environment sector (client or contractor), preferably in an operational role
