The Apprentice Sales and Office Administrator will work alongside the local team at Urban Planters' regional office in Tansley, near Matlock, Derbyshire. The majority of your work will be sales-related administration and therefore you will be supporting three non-head office based sales-orientated colleagues.

Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Working in a safe and personable manner
  • Assisting in maintaining a clean and tidy, safe working environment
  • Answer incoming telephone calls, if required, on specific dates
  • Manage stationery requirements
  • Customer and Franchisee liaison
  • Supplier liaison for product details and pricing
  • Compiling regular client reports and service logs
  • Send out mailings
  • Send out introduction packs
  • Assist with the managing of both electronic and hard filing systems
  • Price up work and produce quotations
  • Issue and manage customer agreements
  • Provision of centralised administration support to the franchisee network
  • Any other reasonable requests

Qualifications required

Grade A*- C GCSE passes in two out of the three following subjects:  Maths, English, ICT.

Weekly wage rates: National Minimum Wage of £3.40 per hour for apprentices aged 16-18 years £5.00 per hour for 19 years+
